Spring (Pre-Monsoon) – March to May:

Itinerary
Day 1 - Arrival in Nepal.:

On your arrival at the Kathmandu airport one of our airport representatives will receive you and transfer you to the chosen hotel. After hotel check-in, you will be free for your own activities such as a taking shower or relaxation at the hotel. After that there will be short pre-trip meeting where we introduce you with your guide , porter and brief about the trip.

Day 2 - Fly to Pokhara and drive to Birenthati.:

We will fly to Pokhara, one of the most renowned and popular tourist destinations in the country. It is only a 30-minute flight.

Then, we will drive to Birethanti, the starting point of our journey. The road traverses a ridgeline in the lower slopes of the Annapurna, providing views of the Pokhara Valley on all sides. This path then descends into the Modi River Valley, where the Ker & Downey’s Sanctuary Lodge may be found. The lodge offers breathtaking views of the holy Mount Machhapuchhre. A lunch is offered upon arrival at the Lodge in the late afternoon.

Day 3 - Trek to Ghandruk (2012m), 5 hours.:

After a nutritious breakfast in the lodge’s dining area, we will begin our trip across the landscape’s dispersed tiny farms.

We shall ascend the valley towards the mountains while following the Modi Khola and in constant companionship with the Machhapuchhre Himal. Early in the afternoon, after traveling through luscious rice fields and dense trans-Himalayan pine and cedar woods, we will arrive at the Himalaya Lodge in Ghandruk for a hearty lunch. You may also appreciate the magnificent vistas of Annapurna Massif.

Overnight stay at the Ker and Downey Lodge.

Day 4 - Trek to Landruk (1565m), 3 to 4 Hours.:

After leaving the town of Ghandruk, the hiking track descends precipitously to the Modi River. Crossing the suspension bridge, we will ascend to the Landruk village while seeing the Annapurna mountain range. We will also cross hazardous cliffs where honey hunters climb up ropes in search of wild bees and delectable honey. The lodge’s lunch will be ready when we arrive.

After lunch, you can either relax in your accommodation while admiring the breathtaking mountain views or have a guided tour of the village.

Overnight stay at the Ker and Downey Lodge (La Bee Lodge).

Day 5 - Trek to Majgaon (1400m) is four hours.:

As the porters pack the luggage in preparation for the walk, you will begin today’s journey by going through the villages and farmlands of the Annapurna while admiring the majesty of the Himalayas. Today, an easy journey to Majgaon begins; you will reach the Ker and Downy Lodge in the village.

After the journey, the views of the mountains from your hotel are a pleasant benefit. You may also spend time in the garden or take a stroll through the village. The quiet mood of the village and the surrounding lush splendor are something to appreciate.

Overnight stay at the Ker and Downey Lodge (Gurung / Mala Lodge).

Day 6 - Trek to Dhampus (1525m) is four hours.:

Today’s excursion will allow you to continue trekking towards Patlekhet, a little village on the path to Pothana, where we will overnight. Pothana is another little settlement along the trail where Tibetan merchants offer souvenirs and gifts to tourists hiking to and from Annapurna Base Camp.

As you arrive at your Dhampus lodge, you will be met with breathtaking views of the entire Annapurna mountain range. You will be served a hearty lunch upon arrival at the lodge, after which you can take a short walk to the beautiful Dhampus village.

Overnight stay at the Ker and Downey Lodge (Basanta Lodge).

Day 7 - Trek to Phedi and drive to Pokhara.:

After breakfast, we will go along the bee-line ridge and descend to the valley bottom via the wooded slope and terraced agriculture. The journey to the valley takes around 1.5 hours. The vehicle transfer to the hotel in Pokhara will take approximately 30 minutes.

Overnight stay at a Pokhara hotel.

Day 8 - Return Flight to Kathmandu.:

 

Today, you will depart Annapurna and return to Kathmandu via flight. Once you reach the capital, you are free to spend the remainder of your time exploring the city or sampling various cuisines at restaurants.

Day 9 - Departure from Nepal.:

Today we will take you to the airport to catch your flight out of Nepal. Alternatively, if you’d like to stay longer, we may make additional travel arrangements to assist you continue your Nepal experience.
