Nepal Yoga Trek
The Yoga and Trekking program combines two distinct Nepalese traditions. Incorporating yoga, meditation, painting, singing, and dancing courses into the trekking experience allows for a more in-depth understanding of the physical and mental landscape as well as the body. The combination of these elements results in a more fulfilling physical exercise while also strengthening and opening the mind to greater relaxation and awareness? all within the beautiful natural setting provided by the Himalayas.
